1. Payment Gateways:
Customers can choose 2 methods of payment: PayPal and Stripe. Both of these gateways accept Credit Cards.
2. Customer Types:
New customers are customers who has not verified their Credit Card info yet. Existing Customers are customers who have done so. If an existing customer tries to pay with a new Credit Card or PayPal account, the existing customer will be the same as a new customer.
3. Required Documents:
After a successful payment, new customers have to provide photos of ID card and Credit Card. The Card Holder Name should be the same as the name in ID card.
4. Fraud Cases:
If the new customer doesn’t provide us with the required documents, the payment will be refunded as a fraud case.
4.1. All of the transactions of that customer will also be marked as fraud.
5. Renewal/Extending Service:
Active services will be suspended immediately after service’s expiration date. So, customers should pay their invoices before the expiration date of their service.
Customers can request a refund within 3 days of their payment. Refunding process takes 5 ~ 10 business days.
If a customer raises a dispute, all of their active services will be suspended immediately and the customer’s documents would be sent to the gateway processor in order to avoid more fraud cases.
8. Profistorehost reserves the right to change services’ price based on costs and fees in the future, if needed.
